So i've been taking a few classes at the Y - mostly water arobics, and yoga. I like the gal that teaches water on Thursday better than the gal on Tuesday. On Tuesday I don't feel like i've got that good of a work out. So tonight, instead I went to P H A T - Phenomenal Hips, Abs & Thighs - and i think she only worked the abs then I stayed for Cardio Xpress. YEA I don't think i'll be doing that again. I thought I was going to die! Seriously! And i know that as soon as I really relax tonight and I won't be able to move when I get up!
